Reading sleep data from Apple HealthKit or using motion sensors requires explicit system-level consent, and we explain the purpose before asking. Consent can be withdrawn at any time in system settings; the app continues to work with reduced functionality.
• 不作商业转让。我们不出售用户的健康数据，不将其用于广告定向，也不为此目的与第三方共享。Never sold. We do not sell users' health data, do not use it for advertising targeting, and do not share it with third parties for those purposes.
• 最小化收集。只收集功能真正需要的数据；不需要的字段不申请、不留存。Minimal collection. We collect only what a feature genuinely needs. Fields we do not need are neither requested nor retained.
